I read with keen interest the article in yesterdays New Times by Hon. Minister Louise Mushikiwabo who is also spokesperson, Government of Rwanda.

The views expressed in this article are most appropriate. Western countries invariably try to dominate developing countries.

In fact, considering they did nothing whatsoever to stop the atrocities of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi should make them think twice before passing such implications that His Excellency President Kagame should look West against China.

Lastly the author summed up very well that Rwanda may look East or may look West or in any other direction for that matter.

The country is making giant strides and Mr. President and his Government will surely take the right decisions in the best interests of the people of Rwanda.
