RWANDA’S Coca Cola’s bottlers, Bralirwa have kicked off a15-day Fifa World Cup trophy publicity campaign ahead of the trophy’s arrival on November 9.

Bralirwa’s Commercial Director Alexander Koech said on Monday that Coca-Cola is set to give Rwandans a memorable experience that ‘only coke can do’ ahead of next month’s trophy tour.

"This is again an exciting moment in an exciting year. After celebrating Bralirwa’s 50 years, we are now proud to bring the World Cup trophy. There is no room for complacency at Bralirwa,” Koech said, adding that it’s their mission to bring enjoyment to their consumers and promised to keep doing so.

In a related development, a friendly game between two of Rwanda’s football heavyweights; APR and Rayon Sport will be played on November 10 to grace the World Cup trophy at Amahoro stadium.

Fans will buy a Rwf250 coke as entrance ticket while luck fans will enjoy a souvenir photo of themselves with the trophy during a VIP trophy presentation at Serena.
Before the trophy arrival, Coca Cola will distribute free tickets to fans in the country through Coca-Cola road shows.

The trophy will arrive aboard a chartered plane at Kigali International Airport where it will be received by top government officials and officials from Ferwafa.

Coca-Cola will officially present the FIFA World Cup trophy to President Paul Kagame at Amahoro.

The trophy tour, which started September 24 in Egypt will end in December in South Africa, shortly before the final draw.
