There is news that a National Children’s Commission (NCC) is going to be established. It will be the platform for children to voice out what they feel and think. Being the leaders of tomorrow, children are at the forefront of making Rwanda a country that respects and upholds their views.

It is so great to help one another and Rwanda’s children are doing this. They are taking charge of issues that make the country a better place to live in. This means that children are now capable and responsible enough to maintain this position.

They are young and energetic and it is time to let the people of Rwanda know that children can impact one another’s lives.

They are part of the countries development and are ready to learn and give back to the country that gives them the freedom to speak out.

Through the NCC, children can talk about their rights, successes and problems. They can find ways of helping one another especially street children, orphans and those who are poor and suffering.

People who help each other are leading the younger generation by example.

Remember always that a friend in need is a true friend indeed. What we love we take care of and this applies to all the children and those responsible for them.
