MUSANZE- The National Aids Control Commission (CNLS) and other stakeholders in the fight against AIDS on Tuesday gathered in Musanze to discuss ways of developing specific operational plans to fight the pandemic.

The deputy executive secretary of CNLS, Anthony Semukanya told The New Times that they wanted to adopt a new approach of fighting AIDS by using result based management system which he said is critical in fighting the spread of the disease.
