AFTER suffering the heartbreak of losing the league title on the final day, Atraco coach Sam Timbe insists that the league title still tops the agenda this season.

The taxi-men club was piped to the title by APR on goal difference ending their hopes of winning an unprecedented treble.

Although Atraco managed to win a double; MTN Peace Cup and Cecafa Kagame Cup, Timbe claims he will not rest until the club reclaim the league title.

Speaking Times Sport after taking his team through yesterday morning’s training session, the Ugandan Brazil trained tactician said it would be something special to win the league next year.

"Some fans still can’t believe that we missed out on the league title. We were on top for most parts of the season and it was disappointing for everyone at the club,” he said before adding, "But we are determined to correct our mistakes.”

"I’m not saying that we shall not give our all in other tournaments but I feel it will be special to win the league for our fans.”

Atraco have only won the league once during the 2006/07 season under Jean Marie Ntagwabira, who is now at Kiyovu.
