I would like to express my discontent with the CSS Management. Being a CSS customer for some time now, I was really shocked when I was told that the CSS management has decided not give any loans to civilian customers.

What I was left wondering was why the CSS management let civilians open accounts at all.

As a credit and savings institutions, why are some people only allowed to save (compulsory savings pegged at 10%) but totally restricted from accessing a loan?

We have been talking about customer services for some time now, but it seems that some people do not care at all.
