NORTHERN PROVINCE

GICUMBI—Thirty more Rwandan refugees were repatriated on Monday November 11, from Kibati refugee camp in Isingiro district of western Uganda.

The returnees were received at Gatuna border post by officials from Gicumbi district and members from the National Council of Refugees. The returnees were given food, cooking utensils and provided with transport to their various home districts.

"More Rwandan refugees are expected to continue arriving from Kibati refugee camp”, said vice-mayor of social affairs Eugenie Uwamahoro.
