I read with a keen interest in one of the Uganda’s daily Newspapers about Rwanda’s Automobile Guarantee Fund where people who are affected by motor accidents are compensated. This is a good solution where road accidents are common.
This article reminded me of a quote I read on the Internet by President Kagame where he said that while "other countries will walk, Rwanda will run.”
I hereby appeal to my leaders to copy the good things from our neighbours. In Uganda hundreds of people die daily in road accidents and they leave their beloved ones suffering.
Many causes are poor roads, overspeeding and others.
Good work Rwanda. God bless Uganda. God bless Africa
