I’m writing to you to express my joy that the infamous killer of Rosalie Gicanda, wife of Mwami Rudahigwa, Ildephonse Nizeyimana, was apprehended by the Ugandan authorities two days ago.

It is satisfying to know that despite these fugitives every attempt to evade justice, they can run but they cannot hide from the long arm of justice.

Those running away must remember that their crimes don’t have statue of limitation; even if they evade justice for thirty years, they’ll never be safe.

If they are caught, they will face a jail time. So, run all you like; get false papers and the like but know this, you’ll never wash away the blood that is on your hands.
