Kindly, allow me to congratulate the Ministry of Health for its efforts involved in reversing the child mortality rate.
I am optimistic that the immunization of killer diseases like measles and polio will have a positive impact on our society.

Let me take this opportunity to call upon all parents to honor the call and take their children to different health centres and hospitals for immunization.

Let’s walk hand-in hand with the Ministry of Health in its move in fighting child mortality and achieving relevant aspects of the MDG.

The series of special immunisation will contribute towards achieving the MDG goals of low infant mortality rates.

The scheme is proving to be a successful model for eliminating major killer disease among children and will therefore translate into having a healthier society.
