One morning Kintu woke up and found a messenger who had been sent by the King. The messenger told Kintu that the King wanted to see him.

When he reached the King’s Palace the king asked him whether he would serve and become a warrior in his kingdom. Kintu agreed, and started training very hard. He went to fight in many battles and every time, the King won.

Kintu worked hard with other soldiers to protect the kingdom and he did this with all his heart. He still remained very kind to everyone.

After sometime, the king gave him a big piece of land, and many cows, as a way of thanking him for serving his people so well.

Kintu became rich, and the people in his village were also happy, because he always helped his neigbhours.

Since he was very strong and responsible, the King promoted Kintu and he became the chief of his village.

This time he was a big man, and most villagers listened to what he said. He maintained law and order and Kintu’s village was very peaceful in the Kingdom. He had worked hard and become successful.
