I extend my gratitude and congratulations to our beloved president for attaining the prestigious awards in the 21st century at the university of Glasgow in Scotland at the ceremony presided over by principal sir muir Rusell.

The president was granted an honouree degree of doctorate of law from the University of Glasgow in Scotland for his impressive and exemplary leadership in Africa at large.

Kagame has done much on security, national reconciliation, democracy, women participation in national issues and many I can not finish.

So in my opinion, the president deserved it and I hope he will achieve more. I call upon all Rwandans to support the government so as to make 2020 vision a reality.

Long live Kagame long live Rwanda.
