Below she tells how she goes about her typical days work:
I wake up at 5a.m, make my bed and take a shower. By 6am, I am done with home arrangements and set for work. By 6:45a.m, I am already at work. 7a.m is the official time to start work.
The first thing I do is to monitor whether all workers have arrived on time. I then make it a point to ensure that everyone is carrying out his or her duty.
I make sure that every department is equipped for the day. When every thing is in line, I sit down to have breakfast like any other worker at the coffee shop.
I supervise and receive customers to ensure that they are served the best way possible.
If I am to work the whole day, I have lunch at 2p.m. However, when it’s only the morning shift, I have it at home.
Depending on work at the coffee shop, I sometimes leave at 8p.m. I straight away go home to check on my children.
Reaching home, like any mother I freely interact with my children and have fun with them.
I shower and take evening tea with bread. I never have supper. I get to bed at 10p.m
