As a nation, let us agree that we can not completely wipeout beggars from the city. Beggars in the city are only an outstanding manifestation of the true nature of man’s begging tendency.

Those who are too shy to beg either work or steal. Developed countries that have enough money to give to the unemployed have also rested their case and accepted this ill-fated habit to privilege among its inhabitants.

Even Jesus Christ the son of God witnessed beggars in his time and did not stop at that, but also acknowledged their continual stay on earth.

Well, we can not completely ignore the presence of the city beggars but the government together with the KCC must equip themselves well enough with shock absorbers to withstand the tragedy of helping people off the streets only to see others the next day.
