My name is Jean Baptiste Nyaminani and I am a student in the National University of Rwanda, located in the Southern Province. We are having the problems with Ecobank local branch; they are robbing our money with their faulty ATM machine.

When we asked for a refund we weren’t given our money back, the staff there told us just to wait. We need our money as quickly as possible. When shall they give us our money back?

Maybe the people in the Kigali headquaters will help us out. My number is 0788741498, can Ecobank get in contact with me? I’m getting frustrated.
