Equity Market

Today the Rwanda Over-The-Counter (OTC) market did not record any transaction at the end of the trading session. The KCB share price remained at Rwf165.

Friday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 1,403,600 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of 21.50 Kshs (164 Rfw) high and Ksh21.25 (Rwf162) low and closed at Ksh21.25 (Rfw162).

The NSE All share index went down -0.52 points to close at 67.62.  Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) did not trade KCB shares.

The Bond Market:

On the bond market no transactions were recorded.  At the close of the business, Rwf2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf2 billion and Rwf5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.

There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf100.50.
