The ministry of health has done well on the part of sensitizing the public about family planning methods especially in the upcountry regions.

I was surprised and amazed when I learnt that the rural women in Gitarama knew how to use all the family planning methods.

It is also encouraging to note that people in the rural areas are eager to adapt to the family planning and plan for their families as regards good education and medical health care.

With this at hand, I believe that much of the population in Rwanda will be categorized as well-to-do in the near future because of the manageable family size.
