During Miss Kigali pageant, one of the remarkable events to celebrate 100 years of Kigali City that took place early this month (3rd November), Rwandans were thrilled with fashion and style.
With all the ten contestants who had qualified for Miss Kigali finals, one would think the girls were professional models. Their attire and catwalk said it all.
Meanwhile, the event crowned with the 18-year-old, Cynthia Akazuba, a form four student at Lycée de Kigali, winning the Miss Kigali 2007 title.
The contestants showed up in catwalk-worthy outfits and eye-popping jewellery. The accessories, including different pairs of shoes and an avalanche of costume was eye catching.
The event left a big impact to fashion goers, especially ladies who are obsessed with style. Yes! Every time the beauties appeared on stage, ladies were spotted peeping at the fashions and walking styles; trying to borrow an idea on what it takes to "dress to kill.”
Certainly, women have strong personalities and every time they dress in their best, they feel great; only that sometimes they need guidance on what to wear.
