Clarisse Nshuti, as Miss Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), has it all. Her role must make her have little time to herself as the community, charity projects and media want a piece of her and her time.

So, does she have time to enjoy her weekend? Below, she tells:

I start the weekend immediately I leave campus on Friday evening. Of course being a public figure I must go to places that count for me.

I therefore get together with my friends at Simba super market restaurant. Although what I might eat sometimes depends on the weather, chocolate and tea are not affected. After this, I head home.

On Saturday, I get-up at 10a.m. I dedicate this time to children by playing with them. I feel good playing with them. I give them attention so that they can also share their challenges with me.

In the afternoon, I prepare myself chips and a sandwich. This is because I enjoy it more when I prepare it myself.

In the evenings, the latest movies take my time.
Sunday morning is no where else but church. I get back home at mid-day.

Among other things, I make sure I take a walk near home, as excercise. It’s also that time when I am alone to analyze various issues that happened throughout the week.

I am at home early to set for Monday. That is how perfect I spend the weekend.
