According to the federations CEO, Jules Kalisa, the Assembly will tackle a number of issues including assessing last year’s programmes as well as those for next year.

Kalisa added that other things to be discussed in today’s general meeting include; launching of the federations website (www.ferwafa.co.rw) as well as studying ways involved in the transfer of players from one club to another during the transfer window which climaxes tomorrow (Sunday).

The long awaited launch of the federation’s website is expected to reduce on the data collection problems that media practitioners go through when gathering information.

The project is one of the many changes that the current executive that ascended to power in January 2006, pledged as it took over the management of football in the country.

Also the federation will use today’s meeting to study the 2007/08 national football league fixtures which have been prepared and only waiting to be approved by the General Assembly.

And also, the federation officials led by their head Brigadier General John Bosco Kazura will use this meeting to enlighten its members about the national league sponsorship.
