AFTER successfully realizing their first division dream, Etincelles football club are determined to do everything possible to stay in the top flight according to club head coach Abdul Bizimana.

"Our main target is finishing in the top seven and that is what I will be telling my players when they start pre-season training next week.”

The 40-year-old coach also confirmed that the club is conducting trial sessions on a number of players as they look to strengthen the side.

"We are testing out six players-two midfielders, two strikers, one defender and a goal Keeper,” Bizimana said.

Etincelles qualified to the first division after beating a 2-0 aggregate play-off win over Military.

Unlike Musanze who are making their debut in the top flight, it’s a return for Etincelles who were relegated in 2007.
