Editor,
I think Rwandans have reached a good level of patriotism if I base my assessments on some of the activities carried out by its citizens to make Rwanda a better country.
For example, following the need for 3,172 classrooms to be constructed for the nine-year basic education programme, many Rwandans have decided to involve themselves in turning this deficiency into a reality.
I have been reading stories about the number of residents upcountry who are really committing themselves to work in hand with government to construct these schools so to meet the required number.
The residents of Kamonyi district, for example, are moulding bricks for the construction of the essential classrooms; it takes love for ones country to do such a thing.
I would also like to use this opportunity to call upon my fellow citizens to work hand in hand.
