THE second division league has been penciled to start on November 15, Times Sport has established.With the first division kicking off October 17, it was widely thought that the second division would start at the same time but Ferwafa’s Chief Executive Officer Jules Kalisa yesterday confirmed to this paper that the league would start mid November.

"We need more time to draft the schedule because it is a bit complicated since they play in groups,” Kalisa said.

Last year, there were two groups; Group A had Musanze, Military, Nyanza, Zebres, Stella Maris, ISAE, Etoile de l’Est, Aspej, Interforce, Union while Group B had Etincelles, Muhanga, Rwanda National University                                                                                                  (UNR),Pepiniere, Intare, Aspor, Gisovu, Espoir, Sorwathe and Mukungwa.
