This letter is meant to say thanks to our leaders for the great work they do and have done to keep Kigali city clean.

I am a student who has been on holiday from South Africa and now living but for sure I will miss the fresh atmosphere of this lovely city, the friendly people and hospitality.

I shall have to tell the brothers and sister back at school who haven’t been here for long, how beautiful our country is.

And above all I wouldn’t stop with out thanking Rwanda’s first daily newspaper The New Times which has improved very much especially on its new look and for the great up date of the news I was kept informed with no need of the internet.

Above all thank you every one who has helped to change Kigali, keep it up.
