I wish to forward my request to all transport companies that they should style up and be considerate to their clients. They should remember that what they are doing is not favour to us but business; they need our money as much as we need their services.

Workers no longer reach their places of work on time; parents cannot attend to their domestic duties in time just because there are few vehicles on the road and to my disappointment even the few ones are not the best.

In conformity with the increasing population in Kigali city, the public transport industry should consider investing more money in buying more and new taxis and buses.

Immediate change will be good to all people that use public means.
