"Love and respect your parents so that you will live long on earth.” This is a commandment that God gave to all children. He gave this commandment because parents are important people.

All children, around the world need to respect their parents. When you do this, it means that you love them.

These days many children do not understand the meaning of respecting parents.

They do not listen to them, they answer back and they do not help their parents. Well, this happens if parents do not teach their children good morals as soon as they start understanding.

If children learn what it means to be well behaved at an early age, then they will not find any problems with respecting their parents.

Some children may say, that they do not feel like respecting their parents because they do not care about them. They say that their parents are never there or that their parents are always fighting and do not show good examples.

These are a few difficult examples, but as children, no matter what happens, whether your parents are rich or poor, you have to respect, listen, obey, help and be good to them as long as they do not tell you to do wrong things that will get you into trouble.

When parents see that their children are well behaved and good, they will be so proud of them and will support their children in everything.

This week and the days that follow, I encourage all children to love their parents and if you make a mistake, say sorry as a sign of respect.
