I was just reading the news on The New Times publication when I found an important commentary written about substance abuse by one of your writers, "It’s more than just drug abuse by Ruth Kang’ong’oi.

I am finishing a book about drug abuse in Rwanda called "A Handbook for Drug Abuse Prevention Programs”.

However, due to publishing incapability; I was wondering how I could get some sponsors to publish it. Can anyone help me?
