Much appreciation goes to Kigali City Council (KCC) for managing, overseeing and actually putting to light the new culture of organizing beauty pageants.

Indeed, the recent Miss Kigali beauty pageant has been put to a new level of publicity despite a few blanders that were made here and there.

Generally speaking though, all went well and I believe that the quality of organization will improve every other year that goes by. Otherwise, keep up the good spirit KCC.
