ANDRE Niyonshuti languished in 80th position after stage two of this year’s Tour of Ireland.

After his stage performance, the technical director of Rwanda Cycling federation and Team Rwanda coach Jonathan Boyer said that finishing in the top thirty was within reach for Niyonshuti.
