We are grateful to the management of Television Rwanda for keeping its fans in high spirits on Saturday, 3rd November. The entire Miss Kigali ceremony which took place at Jali club was broadcast live.

Those who would not afford the entrance fee were also able to enjoy the glamour of the night on their television sets at home.

We appreciate the fact that TVR is doing its best, to broadcast such events live.
