The government, International NGOs and other charity organizations should actively participate in removing the idle children from the streets of Kigali, educate them and help them live a decent life.

These children still have a life to live a head of them. The street is not a safe place for these young ones because they are vulnerable to drug abuse, sexual harassments and other crimes.

They need to be helped to grow into responsible citizens. Let us labour in unity to help them.
