The TIGO mast is bringing down the neighborhood
Editor, While I welcome the imminent launch of a 3rd Telecommunication provider, I question the wisdom of allowing them to place the huge mast at the ‘mouth’ of what is one of Kigali City’s plush neighbourhoods.

While I welcome the imminent launch of a 3rd Telecommunication provider, I question the wisdom of allowing them to place the huge mast at the ‘mouth’ of what is one of Kigali City’s plush neighbourhoods.
How can the city council authorities justify that? Where is RDB in all of this? Gasabo turned Nyarutarama upside to destroy a hotel and yet they have gone to sleep at the ‘Tigo corner’.
It is just not right.
