I recently received an email from the London School of Commerce (LSC) which offered a discount on tuition for Rwandan students.

This email said that the LSC’s International Marketing Officer, Florence Sutherland, had reportedly announced that they were giving a 40 percent tuition discount starting this year, in October.

If this is true, that is great news. It is my plea that to the New Times follows this development closely.

This might be a great opportunity for us all.
