Clarifications on the article published in Sunday Times of August 9, 2009 regarding a dispute between Thomas & Piron Grands Lacs and RRA:

The New Times was given wrong information regarding the amount claimed to our company by RRA.  It is not Rwf 900 Million but Rwf 93 Million.

This amount was blocked on our bank account last year.

We also wish to make clear that we are not refusing to pay any money as claimed by RRA as long as the claim is duly supported by the law and as long as all the elements have been considered when working out the final figure of this claim.
