Alexis Vuningoma is the Director of Karisimbi Restaurants and catering services in Kiyovu. Could he be spending his weekends at the restaurant too? Below he tells us how he spends his weekends:

It being that I work six days a week, I only utilize Sunday during the weekend. I start the day by jogging in the morning at about 8a.m.

I immediately have a cup of coffee then get on to a bible lesson from one of my colleagues. At 10a.m, I go to church and get back home by 1p.m.

I enjoy lunch with my wife since it’s a must that she prepares purely local dishes to make a difference from the weekdays’ diet.

I then move out with her (wife) to a destination of our choice. If it happens that Manchester United has a game, I must watch the match. Or else, I go to Rwamagana to check on my family members or friends.

I make sure that I use the day to relax but I must be home by 9p.m for the next day.
