Following your headline on the ban of QuestNet , I got very disappointed as I had been convinced by my friend to join the team and become a millionaire.

Can the writer or the government enlighten us on pyramid schemes and whether the only problem QuestNet had was not registering with the tax administration within the required seven days?

Then also can they advice Rwandans whether GNLD group is also a pyramid scheme?  I have seen people making good money through these groups while others lose a fortune as well.

So which is which? And how does the ordinary citizen differentiate between cooperative societies and pyramid schemes?
