The Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) is set to inspect Rwanda ahead of the forthcoming Cup winner’s Cup championship. However, the exact dates are yet to be known.
The Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) is set to inspect Rwanda ahead of the forthcoming Cup winner’s Cup championship. However, the exact dates are yet to be known.
According to the local volleyball governing body, FRVB, a delegation headed by the CAVB president Egyptian DR. Amr Elwani will inspect Amahoro Indoor stadium which is the agreed venue for the continental event.
"The delegation will inspect the venue and accommodation facilitates.
They will look at the standard of hotels which will accommodate the visiting teams,” the federation’s executive secretary Gertrude Kubwimana highlighted.
"We are yet to confirm the delegation’s arrival dates,” Kubwimana clarified.
The continental club event dates are set for December 10-20 and it is the first time that Rwanda has been lined up to host the event.
Amahoro basket court and the new National Paralympics Committee gymnasium will host the event.
