Thank you for reporting about the function when the Public Service Commission (PSC) presented its annual report for the year 2008 to both Chambers of the Parliament, on 29th July 2009, in THE NEW TIMES of Thursday, 30, 2009.

We would, however, like to make some clarification for the benefit of your readership.

1. Both the Commission’s report to Parliament and the interview with the Executive Secretary did not pin any institution for not having honoured resolutions from the Public Service Commission such as "depositing social security savings of workers and contractual obligations”.

2. During the interview it was mention that the Government was an attractive Employer (not Employee) evidenced by the Staff training, job security, remuneration and grievance handling.
