Editor,

To ensure that the economy booms and develops expatriates have been hired. It’s become common with major companies in the fields of telecommunications, manufacturing and hotels.

Expatriates have played a big role in developing the firms that employee them; however many of them are going about it the wrong way.

Especially with some telecommunication companies, expatriates are mistreating their junior employees.

Employees are the backbone of the companies; without them several things can be at stand still especially because they are the ones on ground to oversee everything. Sadly, the best thing most expatriates do is to disguise the work of the junior employees and assure them that they will terminate their contracts.

You should do your job in a professional manner rather than putothers on tension. Warn employees verbally then give them written warnings or even fire them if they are not producing.

By the way being professional is far better than threatening staff. The more you threaten them, the less the productivity. This will affect you in the long run.

You will end up winning yourself enemies yet you won’t serve that company forever.
