The week ending Friday 24th July , the Rwanda OTC equity market remained silent as at the close of the session, KCB counter had no shares on offer and no buyers.

The week ending Friday 24th July , the Rwanda OTC equity market remained silent as at the close of the session, KCB counter had no shares on offer and no buyers.

Thursday, on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) KCB share price also remained unchanged at Ksh 22.75 (Rwf 169) at the end of the session.  The day’s high was Ksh 23.25(Rwf174) and the low price was Ksh 22.75 (Rwf169).

The Bond Market:The bond market was quiet as no transactions were recorded. 

At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.

There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50.
