I would like to express my appreciation to your paper for making a follow-up on the recent cabinet reshuffle. It was interesting reading what the Ministers had to say and what their priorities are.

It was also good to note that some were frank enough to say the task ahead is big and that they will first check what’s on their table before giving concrete answers on what their priorities will be.

My word of advice is that they should not abuse the confidence expressed of them. With a clear and focussed leadership, surely Rwanda will prosper.
