Editor,
I am writing to express my disappointments in your lead letter today.I am a Ugandan working and living in Kigali. The letter against Carwash today (yesterday) was based on misunderstanding and total malice.
As Edwin Musoni wrote, I was also present at the time of the incident, to be precise some minutes before 1 am. As a lady, I have witnessed the amount of respect given to us in this country. This particular KHI student just came from nowhere and took photos of three ladies, among them one Rwandese.
They (three ladies) demanded for explanations but were given a deaf ear. When Wahome came to keep calm as usual, the culprit who was drunk and disorderly had agreed to hand in the camera and not a phone as Musoni said, another student grabbed it and attempted to run away.
When caught, he attempted to hit Mr. wahome with a beer bottle. The waiters held him and pinned him down. He was not willing to stop and this young blood really wanted to attack Mr. Wahome.
Please, Mr. Edwin Musoni, I dont want to believe you are the famous Journalist because I believe even before you write your articles, you must have facts.
We all know that carwash has among the best customer care service in town. Stop spoiling people’s names, after all you
mentioned in your letter that you spend all your weekends there. Why?
Trying to make a fool out of others might turn around on you.
