Some money-changers at the Rwanda –Uganda boarder have done their clients great injustice by continuously cheating innocent travelers in the process of money changing.

I have taken note of this occurring at the Gatuna border because this is the route I use when traveling to Rwanda.

On my first visit to Rwanda, early this year, I had a nasty experience with the money-changers who cheated me to the very last cent.

I was unfortunately given 200franc for every 1000ug shillings. I therefore send a warning to the people out there to keep a keen eye on the latest up dates of the foreign exchange rates so that they will not be cheated at any cost.

Let the responsible government officials also take action.
