It’s quite absurd to hear that fire outbreaks which are rampant in Uganda have now reached Rwanda. This is rather incredible. This is something that would be considered rather strange in an organized country like Rwanda.

If it had happened in Uganda, I wouldn’t have been surprised because it’s sometimes expected.

Fire outbreak in Uganda came as a small issue to handle and laughable but it grew gradually up to unexpected levels, spread by unscrupulous unknown people.

It has devastated big institutions like Buddo junior school where over 25 students were burnt beyond recognition. From so many schools that were destroyed, fire outbreak spread to markets.

One of the largest markets in Uganda, (St. Balikudembe which is known as owino market) which has more than 2 million traders, local and international were gutted with fire. People lost their billions of money as well as properties.

This has hindered the development and growth of Uganda’s economy and suffering of innocent citizens because of no indemnification to the victims.

The fire in Rwanda (volcanoes national park) reminds me of the fire that occurred in Australia where wild creatures lost their lives and their habitat. Therefore sufficient investigation should be made to know the cause of that tragedy because that’s how it started in Uganda.

There is possibility of people who initiated that project in Uganda to have entered Rwanda with the intention of sabotaging Rwandese and Rwandan booming economy which is not anywhere on African continent.

Am scared that because these culprits might be with the conspiracy of extending this fire outbreaks to other institutions like schools, markets, buildings and others which might destroy the development Rwandan economy and people’s welfare.

Therefore, the ball remains in Rwandese hands to watch them selves in order to capture these culprits who might have done that to avoid spreading it further.

In a nutshell the great credit goes to the Rwandan government led by President Paul Kagame, for emanating his presidential obligation with quick response by deploying fire brigade jets to extinguish the running fire which is not the case to other countries especially on African continent.
