Emmanuel Kolini, Archbishop of the Rwandan Anglican Church said the four-day convention will be held at Amahoro stadium starting July 30.
President Paul Kagame is expected to address the convention.
Kolini said that the convention will mainly focus on the "healing of Rwandan people’s hearts” that were devastated by the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
"We want to express the will and wish of God that people will be prepared to receive a new heart, a new spirit that they will become God’s people,” Kolini said.
Among the invited archbishops is Henry Luke Orombi of Uganda, Tood Dean Hunter of USA and Moses Tay, former archbishop of South Eastern Asia.
Other top clerics expected from Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
There will also be special prayers for Genocide survivors, released prisoners and families whose people are still in prison. They will also fundraise for the ongoing One Dollar campaign to support orphans of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
