Burundian striker Aimé Nyandwi Gakiza has left Rwanda Premier League side Bugesera FC through mutual consent.

Times Sport can confirm that Nyandwi's contract was scheduled to expire on June 30 but it has been terminated after both parties reached mutual agreement to part ways.

Nyandwi, 28, joined Bugesera FC from Gitega-based Burundian side Flambeau du Centre on June 3, 2023. He excelled in his first season but he doesn't get selection this season following the arrival of Yannick Bizimana from APR FC.

Nyandwi is said to have already reached an agreement with his former club Flambeau du Centre as a return to the Burundian Ligue 1 beckons.
