I am Rwandan ‘nobody’, i.e. don’t have a ‘big’ job but feel as if I must comment on what you wrote. I too feel that the there are problems with both the police and the judiciary. I think they are both corrupt.

I found this out when a friend of mine wanted to adopt a child who was an orphan.  She was told that for her case to be expedited she had to pay ‘express charges’ that would not be Accounted for.

That is in a country where we are asked to take orphans into our homes. Maybe we should have a place where people can talk about what happens to them as far as corruption is concerned.

I wish the Ombudsman goes ahead and pin every organization  that is corrupt.
