Physical Education (PE) in primary and secondary schools should at least take place at hours when the sun is not too hot, to save the children from the violent rays of the sun.
The effects of doing exercise during the sunny hours are not yet established, but they are apparent; the individuals’ bodies are very active at those hours and it’s all exhausting.
PE hours should change from 3:00pm to earlier hours or even latter hours when the sun is not scorching.
