Liaison Group Rwanda, a non-banking financial services provider, hosted residents of Kigali Heights to showcase its diverse range of services and celebrate the festive season. The event, held on December 12, served as a platform for customer engagement, which remains the cornerstone of the company’s continued growth and innovation, according to its director.

Liaison Group provides a comprehensive range of Risk & Insurance services which includes Risk Management, property insurance for vehicles, buildings, and other assets. The company also specialises in life insurance, offering tailored solutions to secure families’ futures and ensure beneficiaries are supported even in the policyholder’s absence.

Additionally, Liaison Group offers healthcare administration services, including international health coverage for expatriates living and working in Rwanda.

Speaking at the event, Mendies Mhiribidi, Managing Director of Liaison Group Rwanda, emphasised the pivotal role of customers in shaping the company’s success and future trajectory.

"Our customers are not just beneficiaries of our services; they are the driving force behind every strategic decision we make. Since our inception, we have built our legacy on trust, innovation, and the invaluable feedback of those we serve. As we look toward the future, strengthening this bond will remain at the heart of everything we do,” said Mhiribidi.

During her speech Mendies Mhiribidi, Managing Director of Liaison Group Rwanda, emphasised the pivotal role of customers in shaping the company’s success and future trajectory.

Licensed as a pension administrator, the company provides private pension plans that go beyond Rwanda’s statutory pension scheme, Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB). Its flagship product, Ituze, encourages individuals and companies to save for the future through flexible and reliable pension schemes.

"Rwanda has made significant strides in encouraging savings, and our Ituze pension product aligns with this national drive. It is about securing your retirement and ensuring that individuals and businesses can plan ahead with confidence,” said Mhiribidi.

"We also provide investment advisory services, regulated by the Capital Markets Authority, helping clients navigate Rwanda’s growing investment landscape to secure their financial future.”

Liaison Group continues to introduce cutting-edge solutions designed to meet Rwanda’s evolving needs, such as innovations in eBancassurance which simplify the insurance process for bank and microfinance customers.

Through a technology-driven platform, clients can access insurance policies seamlessly while securing loans or other financial services wherever they are.

"The eBancassurance platform eliminates delays by integrating insurance into banking processes. Clients no longer need to travel or wait for separate insurance approvals, saving time and ensuring efficiency,” said Mhiribidi.

"Recognising Rwanda’s growth in hospitality and tourism, Liaison Group has developed tailored products for hotels, tour operators, and expatriates. These offerings provide comprehensive worldwide coverage, ensuring visitors and businesses are protected with global compensation and recovery options in case of unforeseen circumstances.”

Liaison Group is wholly and exclusively engaged in supporting its clients in building and maintaining robust risk management and internal control structures.
