A more descriptive address is needed

Editor,

I write this to share my concern about some businesses in Kigali city that give, as their addresses, locations that are unknown not only to the general public, but also by those who are supposed to be in the know, like taxi men.

Some businesses just give their addresses in a form like the following:

NAME OF THE COMPANY
CO NAME OF THE CONTACT PERSON
TELEPHONE
EMAIL
AVENUE, STREET, NAME OF THE HOUSE (if any)
Businesses that are expected to deal with physical individuals should take into consideration that some people are not necessarily in a position to access the Internet, do not have enough money to discuss issues over the phone, or do not know the names of Kigali’s streets (who does anyway?).

Why not take a simple example of the New Times address below?

Partice Mworozi
Tel: 0788890694
